We are happy to offer a refund for an unwanted item returned within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 14 days of notifying us of refund – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
- Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
- If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
- Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
- Unfortunately, if you return an open or used product to us, we will be unable to reship the item to you.
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to resend the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us within 14 days since receiving your order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to process a refund or a replacement, we require your order number, a photo of the parcel/ packaging and a picture or a video of the faulty product.
What if I bought the wrong shade of foundation or concealer?
If you completed our shade finder and used the code provided at checkout, we will happily accept a return. Please get in touch with out team email@example.com and provide us with a picture showing the shade match. One of our team will then be able to assist you. Kindly note that we will only issue a refund for the price paid for the goods, excluding shipping.For orders made without our shade finder and code, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. Please get in touch and we will provide you with a discount code for repurchasing the correct shade. This also applies for orders placed through our TikTok Shop.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made on www.thebeautycrop.com; we are unable to process exchanges for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
If you have chosen a refund for your faulty product, we will refund the price paid by you for the goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us at our distribution centre within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges incurred on your part.
Refunds will be made via the same method used for the original payment e.g. Stripe, Paypal etc.
