We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 14 days of notifying us of refund / exchange – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:

  • Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
  • If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
  • Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to resend the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately by contacting us at - in order to assist us with processing your request faster, please include your order number and send a picture of the faulty product. 

This policy is only applicable to purchases made on; we are unable to process exchanges for purchases made within a partnered retail location.



If you have chosen a refund for your faulty product, we will refund the price paid by you for the goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us at our distribution centre within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges incurred on your part.

Refunds will be made via the same method used for the original payment e.g. Stripe, Paypal etc.
