Crops are points you earn with every purchase, by following us on our socials and leaving a review!
You sure can! You'll earn 50 Crops for signing up to our newsletter, 175 Crops on your birthday, 10 Crops for following us on social media & 15 Crops for reading a blog.
You'll get 5 points for each £1 you spend on your order. For example, shop our Oui Cherie XXL Primer and a Refillable Cleansing Balm to get 130 points. Those 130 points will unlock a 10% off voucher for your next order!
You can redeem your points for both vouchers & products available in our product catalogue exclusively online!
Vouchers:
10% off voucher = 125 points

Your points are determined by your spend on our website and following us on socials and reviewing our products! You will start on our Seed level and as soon as you reach 500 points will be upgraded to Flower unlocking more goodies from us! Finally, once you reach 1,200 points you will become a VIP & reach the Bloom level.
Creating an account will sign you up to our newsletter and will offer you exclusive access to The Beauty Crop. You'll be amongst the first to hear about new products and special offers. Our Crop Circle loyalty program will allow you access to all the above plus the chance to earn Crops to redeem for vouchers and free products.

You won’t be able to use your voucher or product codes at checkout if we have have a sitewide promotion in place. However any other time you will be able to use your voucher & product codes, including Free gifts when applicable!
If unused, your points will expire after 12 months after your last purchase. If you are to return your order after points were assigned, those points will be deducted from your points balance. Make sure to come back within the year to not lose your points!
Any returned/refunded items within the 10 days your points will be deducted from your overall amount on your account.
In order to remain at the same level, you need to generate the minimum amount of points in each 12months from upgrading to a new level. For example, in order to join the Flower level you need 500 and to remain on that level you should generate 500 points (through orders, reviews, followis etc.). If you don't meet that amount you will be moved down the level.
The vouchers have no expiry date.
Points for orders made on the The Beauty Crop website will be awarded once payment has been approved. Points are only assigned to customers who sign up to be part of our Crop Circle so make sure you're logged in!

Any orders placed as a guest on our website need to be communictaed to hello@thebeautycrop.com within 30 days in order for the team to be able to allocate the points to your account. If you sign up to loyalty we will reward any points of any purchases made with us in the last 30 days automatically!
