you purchase, but if you don't feel it's the right fit, simply reach out tohello@thebeautycrop.comwithin 15 days of your purchase, and oursupport team will happilywork with you to find the right match and assist you with a free exchange or return*.

Returns
We happily accept returns, but please note that due to hygienic reasons, only unopened and unused
products can be returned within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please be aware that we must
receive returns within 14 days of notifying us of a return– this is irrespective of your chosen payment
method.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. Kindly note, we are unable
to offer a refund on items that are not re-saleable.
If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund can be
processed.
Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Unfortunately, if you return an opened or used product to us, we are unable to issue a refund or reship
the item to you.
How do I return an item?
In order to return an item, please send us an email at hello@thebeautycrop.com
stating your order number, full name, shipping address and reason for return. Once we receive your request
we will confirm you can return the item and the address to return the items to. We aim to complete all
return requests within 5 working days.
Please return any unopened products in all the original packaging and include a note inside the package
with your order number, full name and shipping address so our Returns Team can identify your return. Please be advised that customers are responsible for return
delivery charges and we recommend sending the item via a tracked service - we will need a copy of the
proof of postage tracking receipt too.
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please
contact us at hello@thebeautycrop.com
within 14 days of your order being delivered. In order to advise further, we require your order number, a
photo of the damage, inside packaging, outer packaging, shipping label and a photo/video of the
damaged/faulty product.
What if I bought the wrong shade of foundation or concealer?
If you completed our shade finder and used the code provided at checkout, please get in touch with our
team at hello@thebeautycrop.com
and provide us with a picture showing the shade match. Our team will be able to assist and advise further.
Kindly note that we will only issue a refund for the price paid for the goods, excluding shipping. For
orders made without our shade finder and code, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. You can
however get in touch with our team and we will provide you with a discount code for repurchasing the
correct shade. This also applies for orders placed through our TikTok Shop.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made on www.thebeautycrop.co.uk
we are unable to process exchanges for purchases made within a partnered retail location.

Refunds
We will refund the price paid by you for the returned item within fourteen (14) days of receiving your
returned items, provided that you have returned the items to us at the Returns address provided by our
Customer Service Team when contacting hello@thebeautycrop.com. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges you have incurred.
Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This
can take up to 10 business days to show on your statement from the time of issue. Please be advised that
this varies by bank and payment methods, and that PayPal transactions show immediately.
