The Beauty Crop's Cleansing Balms: A Comparison

The Beauty Crop's Cleansing Balms: A Comparison

If you're looking for a gentle and effective way to cleanse your skin, then our cleansing balms are just what you need. We currently have three different formulas, each designed to suit multiple skin types and concerns. In this post, we'll take a closer look at each of these balms and compare their key features.

Avocado Cleansing Balm

The Avocado Cleansing Balm is one you may have seen all over TikTok! This balm is great for removing makeup and impurities, while also nourishing the skin with a blend of seven natural oils. Avocado oil is a star ingredient, with its high content of fatty acids and vitamin E that keeps the skin nourished and healthy. Eucalyptus and clove leaf oils help to cleanse and brighten the skin, while rosemary oil has antioxidant properties that protect it from environmental stressors. This balm is suitable for all skin types, including acne-prone and oily skin. However if you have a sensitivity to natural oils, you may love our Peptide or Graces Faces balm even more!

Peptide Cleansing Balm

The Peptide Cleansing Balm is a great option for those with mature or sensitive skin, as it contains skin-strengthening peptides, anti-inflammatory shea butter, and skin-calming borage oil. Peptides help to boost collagen production and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while shea butter has anti-inflammatory properties that soothe irritated skin. Borage oil is a non-comedogenic oil that restores moisture and smoothness to dry and damaged skin. This balm is also a great option for acne-prone and oily skin.

Graces Faces Cleansing Balm

Graces Faces Cleansing Balm is an antioxidant-rich formula with 90%+ naturally derived ingredients that melt away makeup and impurities. It contains tamanu oil, which has high anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that soothe and protect the skin, as well as Camellia oil and squalane which hydrates and replenishes the skin.

This balm starts off as a solid balm that melts into an oil-like consistency and then emulsifies to a hydrating cleansing milk. This balm is suitable for all skin types, however Tamanu oil comes from the seeds of the tamanu tree, but it is classified as a nut tree, so if you are allergic to nuts, we suggest you avoid this product.

All three of our cleansing balms are effective at gently removing makeup and impurities, while also nourishing and protecting the skin. The Avocado Cleansing Balm contains a blend of natural oils that provide additional benefits, while the Peptide Cleansing Balm contains peptides that help to boost collagen production. Graces Faces Cleansing Balm is the only one that contains tamanu oil, which is a great ingredient for soothing and protecting the skin.

When it comes to choosing which balm is right for you, it really depends on your skin type and concerns. If you have dry or sensitive skin, then the Peptide Cleansing Balm might be the best option for you. If you have oily or acne-prone skin, then the Avocado Cleansing Balm might be more suitable. And if you're looking for an antioxidant-rich and hydrating formula, then the Graces Faces Cleansing Balm is a great choice.
